Guided by the confidence that everything is there, already
I will stand for what I feel is right, when I see it before me
And walk with no destination, because it’s only about the journey
I will grow from the pressure of following the beaten path
Nurtured by a fundamental trust in life
I will reach towards what will want to be
And offer all that wants to live inside of me
I will be remembered for just being
Because I choose to honour my true colours, even with no sparkling glitter to them
I will carry a discreet iridescent openness
And leave behind that idea of what a good life should be
I come from unnecessary complexity
And I move towards a world of calmness
I will be the voice of those who seek meaning
I will be the light in a night without moon
I will be the change that keeps quiet
I will be welcoming, present and patient
