THE ART OF VALUES SHOWCASE (2024)

The ART OF VALUES Showcase celebrates the expression of values through visual arts. The showcase is being launched in support of World Values Day (17th October 2024) with the theme Bringing VALUES To Life.

Global Values Alliance is proud to announce that the second ART of VALUES Showcase is now open for entries.

This is an opportunity for everyone to connect with their inner artist. Open to all creators from all ages and levels of experience around the world, the event will showcase a diversity of artwork created in a variety of formats & mediums.

Entries should express a value or set of values that are meaningful, relevant to the theme of Bringing VALUES To Life. Examples include values such as “collaboration”, “dedication” or “connection.” Communities can be institutions, such as schools, houses of worship, or workplaces or an art group – it can even be a group of family and friends. They can also be self-defined sub-groups of these larger communities (eg middle school, a church sub-committee or a sales team). A community might even consist of just one person!

Each community can submit up to 6 artworks from your community creations.

THE EXHIBITION

A virtual exhibition of the submissions on the 4th Dimension platform will open on 11th January 2024 as part of the launch for the Art of Values Showcase 2024 in support of World Values Day. Here is a link to the Showcase 4th Dimension

You can also organise your own local community exhibition (physical or virtual) from 1-31 October.

CELEBRATION

A Review Panel will select the artwork to be included in this year’s showcase and we encourage communities to do the same at a community level.

This year’s submissions will be judged by a distinguished panel of selectors.
